Option 1: In person or video consultation with Dr. Ted

To proceed with booking any surgical procedure a consultation with Dr. Ted will always be required.

Option 2: Free online consultation with Chelsey Redwood Patient Advisor

With over six years of hands-on experience as a Hair Transplant Technician, Chelsey brings both expertise and empathy to her role as a Patient Advisor. Working directly with Dr. Ted in procedures, she offers a unique perspective that helps patients feel informed, prepared, and confident every step of the way. Chelsey understands that choosing hair restoration is a personal journey, and she's passionate about making that experience as smooth and supportive as possible. From your first consultation to post-procedure guidance, Chelsey is your go-to for honest advice, detailed information, and a genuinely caring approach. Her deep technical knowledge combined with her approachable personality makes her a trusted guide for anyone considering hair restoration. Chelsey consistently goes above and beyond in both her roles, making her an asset to the team at Dr. Ted’s Hair Transplant Clinic.

Video or in person consultation?

Some patients appreciate the convenience of a video call, as it allows them to consult from the comfort of their own home. This is especially beneficial for our international patients, for whom traveling for an in-person consultation may not be practical. If you decide to proceed with surgery, an in-person consultation will always be conducted on the day of the procedure.

We have an online booking portal that allows you to choose and book a date and time and pay for the appointment. There is a charge of £150 for the consultation.

We understand that you wish to book a free initial consultation with Chesley Redwood, Patient Advisor.

During your consultation, you’ll have the chance to discuss your goals, expectations, and any concerns. Chelsey will provide an overview of the procedure, expected outcomes, and the recovery process, as well as address any questions about scheduling, pricing, and preparation for surgery. This session offers a chance to explore your options with no financial commitment.

Before any surgical procedure is carried out a medical consultation with Dr Ted will always be required.
