1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Dr Ted Hair Transplants; a specialist hair restoration clinic located in the United Kingdom. By booking a consultation or treatment with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Consultations

· All consultations are conducted by a qualified member of our clinical team.

· Consultations may be chargeable; any applicable fees will be made clear at the time of booking.

· A consultation does not guarantee suitability for treatment. Final approval is at the discretion of the treating surgeon.

3. Treatment Suitability

· Treatment is subject to a full medical assessment. Dr Ted Hair Transplants reserves the right to decline treatment if it is deemed not in the patient’s best interest.

· We require accurate and complete information regarding your medical history to ensure safe treatment.

· Patients must be over 18 years of age.

4. Booking and Deposits

· A deposit of £1500 is required to secure your procedure date. This is non-refundable within 28 days of your procedure date. If you decide not to proceed with a procedure.

· Payment schedules will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

· Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

· Cancellations made more than 28 days before your treatment date are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.

· Cancellations made after 28 days of the procedure will result in a loss of the deposit.

Cancellations Within 14 Days of Surgery

· Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will result in the full surgery payment being retained. Unless there are extenuating circumstances. Any full or partial refund of the procedure cost within 14 days of the procedure is at the discretion of the clinic and we may ask for evidence of the extenuating circumstances that prevent you attending your procedure, such as a letter from your GP or hospital discharge summary etc.

· This is due to clinical time, surgical team scheduling, and associated costs that cannot be recovered at short notice.

Rescheduling

· Rescheduling with more than 14 days’ notice may be accommodated subject to availability and at our discretion.

· Rescheduling within 14 days is treated as a cancellation and the same terms apply (full payment retained).

6. Payments

· Full payment must be made 14 days prior to the date of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

· We accept major debit and credit cards, and bank transfers.

· Finance options may be available through authorised providers.

7. Aftercare

· Post-procedure care guidelines will be provided and must be followed diligently.

· Follow-up appointments are included in the cost of treatment unless otherwise specified.

· Any concerns during recovery should be reported to the clinic immediately.

8. Results and Guarantees

· Results can vary between individuals and depend on factors including hair type, health, and adherence to aftercare.

· While we aim for natural and long-lasting outcomes, no guarantee can be given regarding the success of the treatment.

9. Liability

· Dr Ted Hair Transplants accepts no responsibility for adverse outcomes resulting from non-compliance with pre/post-operative instructions.

· We are not liable for complications arising from the omission of medical history or lifestyle factors not disclosed prior to treatment.

· Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Privacy and Confidentiality

· We are committed to protecting your privacy. All patient records are stored securely and handled in compliance with GDPR.

· Your information will not be shared without consent, except as required by law or in the interest of patient safety

11. Complaints

· We aim to provide a high standard of care. If you are dissatisfied, please refer to our Complaints Policy, available on request or via our website.

· All concerns will be addressed promptly and professionally.

12. Changes to Terms

· Dr Ted Hair Transplants reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

· Clients will be notified of material changes in writing or via our website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
